Absolutely not. The process of downloading videos through SnapSave takes place independently and anonymously. We don't require you to log in so your identity will not appear in any "viewed" list or notifications sent to the author.
You can definitely download livestream videos, but only after the live broadcast has ended and been saved by the owner as a regular video on the timeline. SnapSave does not currently support downloading videos while they are being broadcast live.
